Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a full refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a scan of the proof of payment. The item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Before returning the garment(s), you must email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may send the item back only after receiving the RMA. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If refused we will tell you by email and discuss with you a solution.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items:

As we operate a print-on-demand business, we only print and assemble garments upon purchase. This approach helps us keep prices low and reduces inventory, lessening our environmental impact. Therefore, only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they have arrived damaged.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your garment for the same item, please mail us at customer.support@artaporter.net. Shipping Returns:

To return your product, mail it to: Tom Prekopp ℅ London Print Service, 1 Ramac way, London SE7 7AX, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged goods, where they will be included in your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.

For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
