Free Shipping in Europe, flat fee elsewhere

For our European customers, enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all items, excluding those in our "Sale" collection. You can expect your order to be dispatched within 7 working days of its receipt. For those outside Europe, we charge a nominal flat fee. Please note, we process and send out shipments during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. At ArtaPorter, each piece of streetwear stands as a hallmark of luxury and resilience. Our 7-day shipping timeframe is not merely procedural but a testament to our dedication in delivering a product that aligns with our exacting standards. Operating on a print-on-demand ethos, we set into motion the creation of your selected apparel only once we have your order. This approach does more than guarantee meticulous craftsmanship; it signifies our staunch position against fast fashion, upholding our commitment to sustainability and conscientious fashion choices.

30 days back guarantee

Overview: Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a full refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a scan of the proof of payment. The item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Refunds: Before returning the garment(s), you must email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may send the item back only after receiving the RMA. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.support@artaporter.net. Sale Items: As we operate a print-on-demand business, we only print and assemble garments upon purchase. This approach helps us keep prices low and reduces inventory, lessening our environmental impact. Therefore, only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.support@artaporter.net. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged goods, where they will be included in your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
